Parboil the ribs in a pressure cooker with a little salt. Chop the onion finely, add the pressed garlic and fry it until it gets a brown tan. Add all the other ingredients for the sauce and bring to a boil, while stirring.
The barbecue sauce needs to simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Heat the barbecue and grease the elements. Brush all of the ribs with plenty of sauce and barbecue on both sides.
Barbecuing takes about 20-30 minutes. Periodically smear the sauce on the meat and flip it over during that time. You can prepare the Texas BBQ with veal steaks also.
