Heat a baking dish in the microwave for about 10 minutes at full power. Place the lamb steaks in it and press them down well. Cook for about 8 minutes and in the middle of cooking, turn them.
Pour the sauce you prepared over them and leave it in for another 3 minutes and then pour it over stewed rice and serve it.
