How to make
Trim most of the fat in the meat and cut it into cubes with a thickness of 2-3 cm. Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Mix them well. Close the lid. Cook for 20 minutes.
Then uncompress and open the pan as per the instructions of the manufacturer. Pour the meat into a large bowl. Decorate with coriander.
You can serve with grated coconut, peanut, chutney and rice with raisins (see recipe) for garnish. Cooking it in a pot will take about 1-1 1/2 hours.
