How to make
Cut the chicken breast into medium-thick steaks. 2 pcs. are obtained.
Sprinkle salt and curry on both sides. Leave them like this for about half an hour.
In a plate, beat the egg. Put the flour in another and the breadcrumbs in a third plate.
Roll each piece of meat in the flour. Dip it in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the delicious schnitzels in a pan with fat on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
Serve the curry schnitzels immediately.
