How to make
Dip the bread in water and let it drain. Mix the slice with the minced meat and 1 egg. Finely chop the dill and spinach and add them to the mince.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste, then stir in a mixer or blender. Shape schnitzels, roll them in flour, a beaten egg, breadcrumbs and fry them.
Serve with pickled or fresh cucumbers.
