"Tender schnitzels with an aromatic sauce - now that`s what we call a lunch of champions."

Ingredients

  • beef - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • beer - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Cut and tenderize the meat, then add salt, mix with flour and fry.

In a separate pot, fry the onion, cut into long and thin strips. Put the flour in, fry it as well. Add the beer.

Add the schnitzels and saute. Sprinkle them with salt and sugar. Boil on low heat.

Serve sprinkled with onions and parsley.
