How to make
Place the minced meat in a deep pot. Add the grated onion, 1 egg, soaked and drained bread without the crust, black pepper, savory, cumin. Knead well and leave it to stand for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Divide it into 6 parts. In the middle of each part put a small cube of cheese, a circle of smoked cheese, a slice of pickle and a piece of mushroom. Roll them up to form schnitzels.
Roll them in flour and then in the 2 beaten eggs and fry until browned on low heat.
