How to make
Peel the potatoes and grate them.
Add the other products to them and the onion and garlic are finely chopped.
The spices are also added. Everything is mixed and left for 30 to 60 minutes (can be left in the refrigerator).
Then the schnitzels are fried, by scooping with a spoon and putting the mixture in heated fat.
The economical schnitzels are ready.
