  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves or 1 fresh stalk
  • flour - 1 cup
  • carbonated water - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the potatoes and grate them.

Add the other products to them and the onion and garlic are finely chopped.
