How to make
Pre-soak the lentils in 2 cups (500 ml) of cold water, add 1 head of chopped onions and then boil. Finely chop the second onion, crush the garlic together with the peppers, cloves and cinnamon and fry 2-3 minutes.
Then reduce the heat, add the curry and stew for 3-4 minutes on low heat. The tomato paste and all the spices are mixed with the boiled lentils.
