How to make
Cut each potato into 8 oblong parts. Put the potatoes in a pot and add enough cold water to cover them. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes after the water comes to a boil and remove them from the fire.
Combine the butter and curry in a large bowl. Roll the drained potatoes in this mixture well, then place them in a tray and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them over regularly.
To prepare the sauce, beat the mayonnaise, mustard and honey well in a blender or with a fork. Optionally, salt and put in the refrigerator to chill for an hour.
