How to make
All of the vegetables are cut and stewed with 1 tbsp. of fat and 3 tbsp. of water.
First, we need to cook them on a high heated hob and once they are stew, reduce the heat. Let them simmer for a while.
When they are almost ready, add the broccoli (because it needs very little cooking time) curry, marjoram, salt and black pepper.
Serve the curry with a slice of white cheese.
