Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs. (fresh farm eggs)
  • wholemeal bread - 5 - 6 slices
  • stuffing
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. with a tip
  • cream cheese - 2 triangles
  • grated yellow cheese - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • mixed herbs and salt - by taste
  • turmeric - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

Hard boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half.

The yolks are separated and each half of the bottom of the egg white is cut slightly to stand firmly.

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the triangles of cream cheese, the grated cheese and mix them all well with a fork.

Add crushed garlic cloves and spices and stir again.

Toast the bread on a toaster, place a stuffed egg on it and garnish with cucumber slices.

Sprinkle the eggs with crumbed egg yolk and a slice of olive on top.
