How to make
A nice big handful of chopped mint is grinded into a wooden mortar with a pestle.
Add salt, add a few (by taste) pressed garlic cloves and continue to grind, while adding a little olive oil to make it mushy.
The amount of olive oil is again is completely your choice.
It is diluted with yogurt. Ground walnuts or hemp nuts can be added to the meat sauce.
The end result is an extremely appetizing yogurt and mint sauce for meat.
This yogurt sauce can also be served as a suitable vegetable sauce.
