How to make
Wash the tomatoes carefully, clean them from the stalks, cut them, and push them through a sieve.
Put the tomato sauce in a pan on the fire and stir until its volume is reduced to 1/3 of the original.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar, finely chopped peppers, black pepper, cumin, and savory, mix well and bring to a boil.
Pour the prepared sauce into jars, close them with caps and sterilize them for 10 minutes.
