Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 8
  • onions - 4 heads
  • chili peppers - 1 pepper or 1 tsp (5 g) powdered chili
  • vinegar - 1/4 cup, or wine
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • water - 2 tablespoons (20 ml)

How to make

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, chili pepper and sprinkle them with vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Simmer on low heat until soft.

Pass the resulting sauce through a sieve, then add water and boil for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
