The dill is washed and plucked along with their stems. Put them in a blender, along with the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, garlic and the other spices.
Optionally, add a little water if you prefer the sauce not to be that thick.
Blend until a homogeneous liquid mixture is obtained. This yogurt sauce is pefrect for spaghetti and all other types of pasta.
