Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup.
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 sachet
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

How to make

1. The first step is to prepare the liquid mixture. Beat the sugar very well along with the eggs with a mixer. Then add the yogurt in which the soda was mixed and stir again. Add the oil and vanilla and stir again.

2. Sift the flour along with the baking powder and little by little, while constantly beating, add it to the liquid mixture and beat until it's smooth.

3. Grease the cake pan with oil and flour and pour the cake batter in it, while also leaving 1 cup of it, in which you need to add the cocoa to color it. Pour the cocoa mixture evenly over the vanilla to get a marble cake.

3. Bake the cake in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for about 40 minutes. Check that it is baked by sticking a toothpick in it.

Once the easy cake with yoghurt is baked and it has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
