How to make
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
Mix the berries with 50 g of sugar (save the rest of the sugar).
Place the fruit in a small greased baking pan.
Mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and egg (do not beat the egg).
Stir until everything is well mixed and a crumbly mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture over the fruit. Pour the melted butter over the crumble.
Bake the fruit cake for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
