You can cut the carrots and zucchini into thin slices using a peeler. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, the onions - into crescents. Preheat the clay dish and smear it evenly with oil 3 times to warm it up well. Put the meat to braise and stir it until done.
Remove the cooked pork, smear the clay dish again and put all the vegetables in to get braised as well. Once they are lightly tanned, add the meat and cook them for a few more minutes. Season with salt and serve hot.
