"The most delicious pizza is homemade, but prepared with our fast-rising pizza dough, just saying"

Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups + for sprinkling on the kitchen counter
  • water - 1 and 1/3 cups
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • fresh yeast - 0.7 oz (20 g)
measures

How to make

1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Pour water into it, with the sugar dissolved in it and slightly warmed to body temperature.

2. In the well, where you poured the water, crush the yeast, mix lightly with your fingers so it dissolves and cover the dish with a towel for 5-10 minutes.

3. Heat olive oil over medium heat, it should be hot, but not to the point where it starts to boil. Pour it on the side of the flour, not inside the well with the foamy yeast.

4. Knead a bit of the dough with your fingers and as soon as it starts to separate from the sides of the bowl, transfer it to a flour covered surface and knead until it stops sticking and until it becomes elastic. At the end of the process, add the salt - little by little.

5. Form it into a ball and place it in the bowl, which you have previously greased. Cover and let it rise for 20 minutes in a preheated 110°F (45 degree) oven.

This dough will rise very quickly due to the hot fat we have added and also due to the addition of the salt at a later stage.

6. Use the dough to make your favorite pizzas with a stuffing or topping of your choice!

Enjoy your meal!
