How to make
Wash and pierce the peppers and green tomatoes. Wash and grate the carrots and the celery. Clean and wash the onions, apples, pears, turnips and beetroots. You can also add some other vegetables as desired.
Arrange all the vegetables and fruits in a barrel / jar and add boiling brine made from water and salt, while pouring 1 cup of salt for every 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of liquid. To flavour, put quince, sour cherry, peach and grape leaves. Cover the pickles, and do not decant.
After 10-15 days, you will find a delicious and long-lasting pickle that has to be kept cool.
