How to make
The fish fillet is rinsed under running water and dried very well. Spread olive oil generously. If it is a large fillet, you can cut it into 2-3 thick strips.
Finely chop the nuts and roll the salmon with this mix so that the nuts stick to it well.
The fish is placed in a greased pan, salted and put in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
The salmon with nuts is served warm with a side dish of your choice and slices of lemon.
