How to make
Sauté the finely chopped onion and carrots in a little oil. Add the paprika and flour, stir and pour in about 2-3 cups of hot water. Add the chopped meat and grated tomatoes.
Optionally, you can pre-fry the meat. Close the pressure cooker and cook for about 20 minutes after turning the valve. Then, add the green beans and garlic cloves.
Close again and cook for another 15-20 minutes after turning the valve once more. Finally, season it with salt and finely chopped parsley.
