How to cook
The onions and carrots are cut into cubes and the garlic is chopped. Fry in heated oil.
When the onion starts to become translucent, add the green beans and the corn. Mix well and cover them. They are left to stew for a short time.
During this time the buckwheat is washed. It is added to the vegetables along with 3 cups of water.
When the water boils, add the tomato puree, savory herb and salt. Leave it to boil, until it is ready.
At the end, add the chopped parsley and more salt, if necessary.
The green beans with buckwheat are ready.
