How to make
Boil the potato, carrot and eggs. Mash the smoked salmon with a fork and cut the green onion into small pieces. Separate the yolks from the whites of the hard boiled eggs and shred them on a grater. Do the same with the potato and carrot or cut them into thinner pieces.
Prepare the Salad Mimosa in a bowl in layers in the following order: potato, carrot, onions, mayonnaise, egg whites, salmon, egg yolks, mayonnaise, potato, carrot, onion, mayonnaise , egg whites, salmon, mayonnaise, egg yolks.
Before serving, garnish the salad with herbs and grated egg yolks. Optionally, you can add 1-2 lines of feta cheese.
