- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- fresh garlic - 4 stalks
- dried tomatoes - 20 g
- pitted olives - 10 - 12 pcs.
- marinated beets - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- parsley
- olive oil
- salt
- lemon juice
- olive paste - for decoration
- eggs - 1 pc. (hard boiled)
- dried basil - 1 tsp.
- raw pumpkin seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g)
measuresHow to make
Cut tomatoes and beets into cubes and the fresh garlic into circles. Cut the olives in half. Chop the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes.
Put everything in a deep bowl and add the nuts and basil. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix everything well.
Garnish with olive paste and an egg.
