How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and fry it briefly in hot oil. Then transfer the meat with sliced potatoes, carrots, celery, parsnips, green beans, onions and garlic into the pressure cooker.
Top with water to submerge the products, add salt and bring to boil with the closed lid for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool, remove the lid and add the oil of the fried meat, pepper, paprika and put it back on the stove to boil.
Serve this pork with green beans and potatoes with chopped parsley.
