"A rich salad we often eat as our main course for lunch!"

Ingredients

  • fusilli - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peppers - 1/2 of a red, 1/2 green and 1/2 orange colored
  • cherry tomatoes - 5 - 6
  • peas - 1/2 cup, canned
  • ham - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • lemons - juice of 1 lemon
  • salt - to taste
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • basil - dried, optional

How to make

Boil the pasta according to package directions, but do not overcook it. Cut the peppers into short strips. Halve the tomatoes.

Combine the vegetables with the cooked pasta, add the peas and the ham that has been cut into thin strips. Pour with a dressing of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and some sugar.

Optionally, add basil.
