Ingredients

  • fusilli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tomaotes - 3 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • yogurt - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the fusilli and turn the heat down slightly.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the mozzarella into cubes, as well.

Strain the cooked fusilli, put back into the pot and place on the stove. Add the yogurt and mozzarella, and stir.

Add the tomatoes and stir.

Season with salt, olive oil and fresh basil, and serve.
