How to make
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Cut the mozzarella, tomatoes and olives into cubes and mix them with lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.
Heat the pesto in a pan and add the boiled spaghetti to fry for about 2-3 minutes, while constantly stirring.
Serving method: on top of the servings of spaghetti, pour on some of the mixture (mozzarella, tomatoes, olives) and sprinkle it with cheese and parsley.
