How to make
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, so that it is al dente.
Pour olive oil into the pan, add the chopped mushrooms, chopped broccoli, crushed garlic, chopped red pepper and oregano.
Boil over low heat, while stirring occasionally. Add salt and black pepper.
When the vegetables soften, stir them in the cooked fusilli.
Add the sweet corn (from the tin) and combine everything.
Serve the fusilli pasta with broccoli while it's still hot.
This pasta with broccoli is a great company for a glass of white wine.
