  • fusilli - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • shrimp - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chili - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • spring onions - 2 pcs.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • parsley - by taste

How to make

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, so that it is al dente.

Fry the shrimp in butter on both sides, add the chopped vegetables and leave them to simmer over low heat.

Add salt, black pepper, add chili powder, then leave them to simmer, until the vegetables have softened and the shrimp are cooked through.

Stir the boiled and strained pasta and add the finely chopped parsley.

Combine everything and drizzle it with a little olive oil.

Serve the fusilli warm.
