Ingredients

  • pasta - 14 oz (400 g), corkscrew
  • broccoli - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves, finely chopped
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • anchovies - 5 fillets
  • peppers - 1 red

How to make

Wash and shred the broccoli into florets and boil them in salted water along with the pasta.

Fry the finely chopped garlic in the olive oil until transparent, add the finely julienned peppers, chopped anchovy fillets and saute.

Drain the pasta and broccoli and mix them with the sauce.
