How to make
The eggs are beaten with sugar, oil and add milk, then add to the flour, which has baking soda in it. From the resulting dough are shaped balls the size of a walnut.
Bake in a greased baking dish. Once cool, each ball is carved in the middle. Fill with jam or buttercream. Glue the two parts together.
The cookies are painted with sweet icing dye, dissolved in sugar syrup in a pale yellow or pale pink. Roll in granulated sugar.
