  • oil - 1 cup (250ml)
  • vinegar - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • sugar - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • savory - 3 tablespoons crushed
  • pepper - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • cumin - 2 tsp (10g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • coriander - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make

In a large bowl, pour the tomato puree and put it to boil. Carefully add all the spices, then cook for another 10 minutes while stirring.
