How to make
In a greased tray, successively bake all the phyllo pastry sheets with margarine. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and stir.
Crumble the phyllo pastry sheets in a deep tray and pour in the mixture of eggs, sugar and milk over them.
Sprinkle the top with margarine. Bake in an oven preheated to 430°F (220 °C). Serve the milk phyllo pastry sprinkled with powdered sugar.
