How to make
Dissolve the yeast in some of the warm water with the sugar. Once activated, add all the other products to it - the remaining water, 5 tablespoons oil, salt and flour.
Knead a soft dough and let it rise. Roll out pitas from the dough, fry them in a heated, oiled pan.
Once you flip the pitas over, smear the baked side with a mixture of butter, garlic and mixed spices.
