How to make
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and milk with a mixer. Sift flour into a pan and add the mixture and leavened yeast (yeast dough with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 2/5 cup (100 g) of hot water).
Knead the dough about 10 minutes and it’s left to rise in a warm place about 1 hour while doubling the volume. Then mix it and add the brandy and lemon, split it into 3 equal parts to make a 1 meter long snake, splitting it quite shallow.
Put this in a round pan, coated with crushed in 2 tablespoons oil yolk and sprinkle with plenty of sugar. Leave to rise again until tripled in volume and bake in low oven 280°F (140 °C) for about 20 minutes.
