Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream. While continuously whipping, pour in the oil in a trickle, and then add the lemonade. Add the grated orange peel, essence and flour sifted with baking powder.
Stir until the ingredients are well mixed and pour it into a greased and floured cake form. Put the cake to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 45 minutes or until done, depending on your oven.
Take it out, wait 10 minutes and invert it. While still warm, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
