  • eggs - 3
  • vanilla sugar - 1
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 2 cups
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • for the stuffing
  • pumpkins - 7 oz (200 g)
  • brown sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make

Start with the filling. Cut the cleaned pumpkin into small cubes, mix them with the sugar and cinnamon, stir.

For the cake, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar to a very fluffy cream.

Subsequently, add the oil, the pre-mixed and sifted flour and baking powder, then the yoghurt. Stir until homogeneous.

Smear a cake form with a little softened butter, pour the mixture into it and arrange the pieces of pumpkin on top.

Put the form in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven, bake about 45 min. to a beautiful brown color.
