Ingredients

  • strawberries - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • white wine - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.

How to make

Set aside about 3.5 oz (100 g) strawberries, ones that are a bit more firm and small. Blend the rest of the strawberries.

Dissolve the sugar in 2 cups (500 ml) of cool water and pour it over the strawberries. Mix well, add the white wine and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture, put it in the fridge to cool.

Serve with whole pieces of strawberries and ice cream if desired.
