Ingredients

  • cucumbers - 14 oz (400 g)
  • yoghurt - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • walnuts - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Beat the yoghurt well with a whisk or a mixer. Add the peeled and grated cucumbers, the garlic that you've crushed into paste, chopped dill, ground walnuts and oil.

Stir and add salt to taste. Place in the refrigerator and serve it cold. Do not put water in the tarator!
