How to make
Remove the skin from the liver, wash it off with cold water and blot dry. Mix oil with pepper and marjoram, peel apples, cut them into pieces and remove the seed part. Mix honey with beer.
Spread liver with spiced oil and bake portions on charcoal or electric grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Spread apples with beer mixture and bake them on a grill 4 minutes on each side.
Salt each portion of liver and decorate the dish with baked apples.
