How to make
Sauté the coarsely chopped onion in butter, add sliced mushrooms and lemon juice. Sauté until the mushrooms are left in oil only.
Fry the chopped liver in hot oil, then fry the bacon, that has been cut into slices. Arrange the slices in a heat-resistant pot, distribute the mushrooms on top, season with spices, cover and let it stew for 10 minutes.
Serve the liver with mushrooms with a side of potato salad.
