How to make
Remove liver’s membranes, wash and cut it into pieces. Then sprinkle it with a little baking soda and leave it for 15-30 minutes. Next, wash and dry it.
This is done so the liver does not become dry. Heat oil in a pan, roll the liver pieces first in flour, then in eggs, with all the spices and finally, in breadcrumbs.
Fry the liver for 3 minutes on each side and drain on paper towels.
