How to make
Chop the meat into small bits and bake in the oven with a little oil, stirring occasionally. Before removing from the oven, add the onions, tomatoes and pepper, to soften.
Finally add the black pepper. To the flour, add the yeast, sugar, salt and water and knead a dough. From this, make egg shaped balls. Roll them out into very thin sheets and bake on a saj grill. Cover them while still warm, so they soften.
Put some of the filling and 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce made from the mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic in the middle of each pita.
Roll them up like a burrito.
