How to make
Pour the water into a suitable bowl, add the crushed yeast, egg and a little flour. Mix, add salt and the flour gradually and knead a softer dough.

Cut the roll into 7 parts. Knead each part and spread it out with a rolling pin in a circle.

Tip: Serve the homemade tortillas with cheese, tomato chutney, cream cheese or if you want something sweet - with jam, marmalade, cream.
