How to make

Pour the water into a suitable bowl, add the crushed yeast, egg and a little flour. Mix, add salt and the flour gradually and knead a softer dough.

Cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let stand for 10 minutes. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin in the shape of a rectangle, spread it with melted lard and roll it up.

Cut the roll into 7 parts. Knead each part and spread it out with a rolling pin in a circle.
