How to make

Bake the chicken until it aquires a golden color, then fry the onion and then the egg.

Fry the potatoes in a deep fryer or a cookware of your choice. While the potatoes are frying, chop the tomatoes, lettuce and pickles.

Then mix the ingredients for the sauce and set it aside.

When the potatoes are ready, put them on a plate with a sheet of kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.

Put the tortilla wrap in a plate and make a cut from the middle to the near end, not cutting it all the way through, spread the garlic sauce on top and put the products on each quarter of the tortilla (I recommend the meat to be on the one that will be the innermost), then add a little more of the garlic sauce on top (you can add ketchup and chili, but that's optional).

Fold the Gyros, starting with the meat, without changing the direction of folding.

Serve the Homemade Gyros in a plate of your choice with a lettuce leaf on the side or another vegetable of your choice.
