How to make
Choose a tray according to the length of the skewers, so that when placed on the edge of the tray, the meat hangs over the bottom of the tray.
Marinate the chicken in advance for 24 hours, by mixing the yoghurt with all of the spices and roll the meat well.
Cover the dish with fresh foil and keep it in the refrigerator. When ready, prick the meat on two parallel skewers. Place them on the selected and wrapped in foil tray.
Bake them in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt sauce, french fries and tomatoes.
Take out the chicken and cut it into small, long pieces. Warm up the wraps slightly, fill them with chicken, potatoes and tomatoes.
Drizzle them with yogurt sauce, wrap them and serve the doners.
